Project Guidance
Integrated into the Call process are the 4 stages of the Project process. For more details about our Project process, please see our handbook.
Stage 1: Pre-launch phase
This diagram shows the stages involved in ACQUEAU Pre-launch Phase. The key inputs of the pre-phase include finalising funding applications at individual country level, developing the project plan from the FPP when projects have been labelled, finalising the consortium agreement between all partners, and organising a kick-off meeting and inviting partners.
Stage 2: Project phase
The Project phase requires careful co-ordination responsibilities, which include the roles of a Project Co-ordinator (PCO)/ PCO Representative (PCOR), and a Project Co-ordination Committee (PCC). To see more details on how the project phase is organised and governed, please see our handbook.
Stage 3: Project Reporting Requirements
The project will have internal reporting requirements (both formal and informal). As a minimum it is recommended that projects establish a monthly internal reporting process. To see the formail reporting requirements on each project, please see our handbook.
Stage 4: Changes to the Project Plan (PP)
The Project Plan is initially derived from the Full Project Proposal. The consortium may expand and develop the FPP at their discretion to better define the PP. However, if this development alters any of the following key elements of the project then this must be reported to the ACQUEAU office without delay.
The key elements that must be reported are: New partner joining the project, Partner leaving the project, Change in planned budget per year for any partner, Substantive change in one or more work packages, or project deliverables. For further details, please see our handbook.
