To submit your Full Project Proposal (FPP) you must use the following submission procedure:

Deadline for submission: 16^th May 2011, 10am Central European Time (CET)

Click on either the Call 3A or Call 3B online submission link below to access the relevant online submission tool.  This tool allows you to enter specific information on line and to attach your FPP and associated documents (see the Important Documents links above) to the online submission.  Once submitted you can revisit and update your document as often as you like, up to the 16^th May deadline:

After clicking the SUBMIT button a confirmation of the submission will be shown. In addition you will receive an e-mail that includes a direct link to your submission form. This form can always be opened again, modified, and re-submitted. New versions of the FPP files can be uploaded again until the submission deadline.

ATTENTION: Please make sure that the submitter's e-mail address is correctly entered in the online form. Otherwise, you cannot access your uploaded files anymore! The data within the FPP and the submitted online form must be consistent:  Inconsistencies between online data and FPP form can endanger the success of your proposal!

IMPORTANT: The completed FPP must be uploaded as a Word document. If the FPP form is converted to PDF it must be accompanied by the original WORD doc (or RTF) file to allow us to better process the project data.  Please note that at FPP stage you must also send us a completed Consortium Agreement for each participant.  This should be zipped together with the FPP document.

Next steps

The Full Project Proposal stage will run from 4^th April to 16^th May 2011. Labelling for Call 3 projects by the ACQUEAU Board is foreseen for mid-June.
