A great opportunity for networking and discussion, our Call 5 Brokerage event was a great success.

We were pleased to welcome more than 80 attendees to our most successful brokerage event yet, discussing and developing the themes and actions for Call 5. We would like the thank everyone who participated - especially those who came and presented their organisations and valuable ideas towards Call 5.

What is Call 5?

Call 5 will open before the end of January 2012 and is due for labelling in June 2012. Call 5 focuses on 3 theme headings as follows:

- Call 5A – Water & ICT Innovations for Sensing & Monitoring Applications in the Water Cycle

- Call 5B – Sustainable Processes for Disinfection & Oxidation

- Call 5C – Open Call within the context of the ACQUEAU Blue Book

What was the Call 5 Brokerage event?

Our Call 5 Brokerage event looked at bringing together applied RTD practitioners across the Water and Information & Communications Technologies (ICT) sectors to network and to find partners for projects under our Call 5. ACQUEAU calls place a strong emphasis on the delivery of exploitable RTD outcomes, and on the forming of strong partnerships between SMEs and large enterprises, often with the support of leading European RTD institutions, in developing these networks.
