Board

According to the Articles of Association (AoA) Article 9.2, the authorities and responsibilities of the Board of Directorsare to:

- Monitor compliance with the Association's Articles of Association

- Develop criteria for Corporate membership and recommend annual membership fees to the General Meeting

- Create and appoint members of permanent committees and ad-hoc bodies as required to promote the goals and activities of the Association and monitor actions and performance of these bodies; these committees, bodies functions will be defined in the internal rules of procedures, whose final acceptance is submitted to the General Assembly

- Prepare and organise the elections of Directors of the Board of Directors

- Elect the members of the Executive Board of Directors in their functions

- Convene General Meetings and reporting on its activities at General Meetings

- Prepare the annual financial statements and activity report for the General Assembly

- Approve the budget prepared by the Executive Board

- Approve the calls for proposals to be issued

- Label the proposals to be awarded, selected by the Executive Board

- Nominate associated members
